UT ticket question

A friend is going on last minute trip, they have purchased tickets from UT and have a couple last minute questions. They will pick up tickets when they get there, is that still done at UPS location? How far from Disney's POP Century is that location? She was told "will call location" so I want to be sure what to tell her. Second question, tickets are linked to MDE and they have made FP + selections. Will they actually use "hard" ticket to enter parks or will they use MB to enter parks? I have no idea on the ticket pickup. But they should be able to use their MBs just fine for park entry if the tickets are linked.

I recommend she contact UT directly to make sure she knows where to pick up the tickets.
