I am always leery of a last minute change in plans, so I try not to book inclusive packages that you cannot get refunded.
Same with tickets.
I have yet to buy from UT, but plan to this year, and one reason is their refund policy. But I do have a couple of questions.
If I choose tickets that they mail (versus e-tickets), what is a good guideline for number of days in advance to purchase, before you leave home for your trip?
If I buy the e-tickets, I assume I can get an instant refund (minus 5% stocking fee)...does anyone have experience in getting refunded for actual tickets that you have to return?
I plan to upgrade to APs the first day of use (no blockout or concert date concerns during our trip), so either version is fine for me...just wondering if anyone had preferences.
