Hi Trixie,

I see you are planning on the VKL Vouchers which run about $31 each. In some of the places listed (Biergarten, Akershus) you will definitely come out behind if you use the vouchers since the buffets are priced at $14.99 and $13.99. The places that you will get the most 'bang for your buck' with the vouchers are Le Cellier, Alfredos and probably Marrakesh.

The VKL vouchers entitle you to an appetizer, main course, dessert and a non-alcoholic drink. Take a look at the menus - http://allearsnet.com/menu/menus.htm Then you can get an idea what each place offers for lunch.

Have fun!

My DD loves the Restaurant Marrakesh. We purchased 1 adult and 1 child voucher and had more than we could eat. This was the first time trying this kind of food but she is a pretty adventurous eater! I wouldn't do any buffets with the vouchers since they can't be shared. We have enjoyed the Rose and Crown and Le Cellier using vouchers and came out ahead.
Our favorite buffet with her is de Biergarten. Fun and noisy and really good food.
It is a great tip to go and look at the menus, esp with your older daughter. That way she can help pick out where to go and eat and is more likely to enjoy it without complaining.
