Using Visa Gift Cards

I have several virtual VISA prepaid gift cards that I was planning on putting towards our trip. Found out today that only 80% of the amt on the card can be used. Obviously this is not ideal as I don't want a bunch of (virtual) cards left with 20% on them and would like to use 100% towards our balance. What are my options here - is there a way to put all those balances on one card like you can with Disney gift cards? Or where can I order a Disney gift card online and use multiple payment methods (the VISA gift cards)? Or any other options? My first choice would be to have a Disney gc so that 100% of the amt can be used.

Contact Visa if that's what you prefer.

I just ordered Disney Gift Cards on the target website using the Visa Gift Card. I purchased 5 in a row for the equal amount of the gift card (my case was $50 each). I then combined all the gift cards on the disney gift card site.

Your best bet is convert them to disney gift cards and then combine them on the Disney gift card website. You enter each card's info and then you can transfer balances among them. When you are converting them, you do have to convert them to exactly the same value as you have on the visa card because websites read them like a credit card and don't understand there is a finite balance on there. So for example if you have a $25 Visa gift card, you can convert it to a $25 disney card, but you have to do it one at a time visa card at a time. So for each visa card you have, do a separate transaction for each gift card.
