Using Uber

Hi everyone

I'm from the UK and my boyfriend and I will be spending 2 weeks in Orlando in April/May, staying on International Drive

Each time I've been to Orlando before, I've used the shuttle the hotel provides for a fee to reach Disney, however it only drops you at the TTC and the times are restricted.

We were interested in using Uber, but Uber has not taken off as much here in the UK as it has in America yet and so I don't have any experience using it!

Can Uber only pick you up/drop you off at the TTC or can it pick up/drop off at any of the Disney parks?

I was just wondering if anyone would be able to answer this question, and also provide any other tips/info that I should know about when using Uber?

To avoid roaming data charges, I would have to rely upon Disney's wi-fi to arrange the Uber cabs

Were you able to get Uber to work with just Wi-Fi? I have an ipad mini but only wi-fi and wanted to know if I can use it with Uber or Lyft.
