Using Uber to get around WDW?

Before my real visit to WDW in a week I have a professional conference. At the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek. It appears to me they do not have robust shuttle service to places inside WDW. We want to head out for a few meals during the conference (Disney Springs, Boardwalk, etc.) and will have 2-4 people.

Pre-COVID I had great success with using Uber to get places inside WDW. Does anyone know if Uber is still a good option? Have a lot of drivers come back?

In a related question, my flight into Orlando gets in at midnight. I was planning to grab an Uber from MCO to the Marriott. Any trouble getting a driver that late at night? It will be this coming Sunday night (so I will not have to compete with late night party goers on Friday-Saturday).

I tried pre covid, not since. My daughter and her friend did take Uber to/from airport from Epcot resorts and that went fine.

Yes, there are lots of Uber (and Lyft) drivers around WDW. We live just a couple of miles from the castle and often use Uber if we are going to a restaurant for a special occasion. Waits are usually very short.

We used Uber a lot in December / January over the busy Christmas period with no issues.

DD and DSiL used rideshare in November when staying at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. The only issue they had was sometimes having to wait a bit for a ride when leaving a park at closing time, but even that wasn't very much of an issue.

We used Lyft several times last week in WDW and had no issues. All drivers were good.

We just got back from a stay at Wyndham Bonnet Creek and there was no issue at all getting Ubers, with wait times typically about five minutes. I would suggest getting the Lyft app too, as sometimes one service would be noticeably cheaper than another.

Used several times in January w no problems
