Using Ticketmania--Anyone have hotel delivery??

I planned to order my Premium MYW tickets from Ticketmania last Thursday, but DH has white spots all over his tonsils (it could be strep or mono!), and we won't find out the results until Monday! I'm praying to God that he'll be okay when we leave on April 29, otherwise we'll have to postpone our trip :( Anyway, I was wondering, has anyone ordered from Ticketmania and had them delivered to their hotel?? I'm a bit worried about that because if something's wrong with them, we won't know till we get there!! Thanks!
 
A few years ago, I had Ticketmania deliver some IOA tickets to our hotel (ASMu). We had absolutely no problems. The tickets were there when we checked in. I also remember having a number to call if there were any issues. Great service!
 
We used hotel delivery from Ticketmania last May and tickets did not arrive as promised. We called their service line and did end up receiving our tickets just before we left for the park. Although I was overall happy with Ticketmania prices and service (we also received upgraded tickets from our order), it did add some last minute stress as we weren't sure we'd have our tickets on time. Depending on where you're staying and whether you'll have a car, you might consider picking up your tickets at the Ticketmania office.
 
We purchased at the very last minute (less than a week out) and they were at the hotel when we checked in with a packet full of other Orlando info. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Now I will say we were not using those tickets until our second day, if you want to use them immediately, maybe tell them a day earlier to be safe....
 

We just spent this week in Disney and used them for our tickets. We flew in late last Saturday night (4/2) and stayed at the Hampton Inn by the Airport that night. The tickets were waiting for us as promised at the front desk, as well as a huge packet of Orlando info. Everything worked like a charm. I would use them again and not be afraid of hotel delivery. They also give you a cell phone number to call if you have any problems. I called a few days before just to confirm that they had all the info. It helped my peace of mind (what little I had left!) :rotfl:
 
It's good to know that they have a number that they can be reached at :) I was worried that since we're getting there on a Saturday evening (around 5), if something was wrong with the tickets I wouldn't be able to get a hold of them!
