It’s working now. I had an active account back in 2013 I more than finished my 10 posts today but apparently it only counted the test posts in the test area. I posted like 30 30 times before it finally allowed me to message directly.

Plus it was continually blocking me out even after one post for 3 minutes, 6 minutes, 9 minutes and then an hour. It was torture.
