Using Sw From San Antonio & Dme

So if I understand this correct we can still use Disney Magical Express if we fly with Southwest? We make arrangements to pick up prior to trip? And 24hrs ahead we can check in online for our flight back home using a computer at POP?

I'm planning a big trip for 11 of us so I want to make sure I get this all correct.

Yes - EVERY Disney Resort Guest flying in to MCO (Orlando International Airport) on a commercial flight is eligible to use Disney's Magical Express, and to have their luggage transported separately and magically appear in their respective rooms several hours after arrival*.

To check in for your return flight: You can ask the Lobby Concierge counter CMs for assistance, but Guests are not given direct access to the resort's computers.

You've obviously seen a list of "participating airlines" and noticed Southwest isn't on it. No hay problema! This list ONLY has to do with the flight home. It is IRRELEVANT for your flight TO Disney.

As Ronda said above, EVERYONE on EVERY AIRLINE gets the full DME treatment upon arrival. It's only on the way home that your airline matters. All it means to you, as a SOuthwest customer, is that at the END of your trip, you will bring your luggage to the DME bus, the driver will load it under the bus, then unload it for you when you get dropped off at the airport. You then get that luggage to your airline ticket counter or curbside check-in, same as any other time you fly anywhere.
