Using RAC w/ Delta and AMEX free checked bags

Here is a question, hopefully can be answered. We have the American express Delta skymiles card that allows everyone in our party to check one bag free. Will I be able to use this with the RAC program? If so what do I need to do? Thanks in advance.

We have the Continental skymiles card. We just show the actual card to the RAC employee and we have never paid the checked bag fee. They also can see online that we had a no fee checked bag on the trip to Disney via Continental. We do tip the employees who handle our bags at RAC.

Hmm....we are skymiles gold/silver medalian members so we get 2 free bags each on Delta. We have never been able to use RAC so we just put stuff on the bus with us...

We are not good candidates for RAC anyway - they want our stuff way earlier than I am willing to give it to them! I like to shove all of our clothes/swim stuff in the luggage after we chance for our flight!

I have the Delta AmEx card as well. Just as shoes99 said, I just show them my Delta credit card when I bring the bags down to RAC, and there is no charge. Very easy!

I used it last October. I did not have to show the card, they had it in the computer. I was Medallion the year before and the same thing, it was in the computer.

Your AmEx is tied to your skymiles #, anytime they pull-up a reservation that your skymiles # is on, the computer automatically shows the free bags. I'm Silver Medallion this year and flew last week, it automatically showed 2 free bags when I did online check-in.
