Using priceline to get airport hotels?

Okay,

I've read many posts on this, but can't find them now with the "search" fuction not working yet.

I know to request 3*'s and in the airport zone. My question is, do I have to put my credit card info it? Will it automatically bill my credit card? What if I don't agree to the price?

I was hesitant when I tried Priceline, but went to biddingfortravel.com and followed the instructions there. You name the price that you are willing to pay, then they will tell you if they accept the bid or not.

You select your price and if it is accepted your CC is billed at once. www.biddingfortravel.com has listings of potential hotels and by reading the posts you can see what people have been getting.
