Using Pre-Pandemic Water Park Tix

My apologies if this has been answered before, but I couldn't find it after a search.


My party purchased the Four Park Magic tickets with water park option in late 2019 for an April 2020 trip. Obviously that didn't happen, but we did use the regular park tickets in August 2020. At that time, no Disney water parks were open. We're planning a Halloween trip this year and would like to use our water park day. Do we need to do anything to ensure our ticket is still good? They still show up on the my Disney app. I just don't want to show up and not be able to get in. The app says the tickets expire 9/26 and we are planning to go 9/24 or 9/26.

Guest services will need to give you a claim number… or at least they did with me. I then used the claim number to redeem the tickets at the front of the water park that morning.

im not sure. I’d try calling the ticket line at 7am est one morning when they open.
