Using pools if not a guest

I started a thread about my stay at GFL and the lack of pool chairs while I was staying there. If what I thought new rule, was enforced only for a holiday weekend and not permanent I will be very upset. I don’t understand Disney not enforcing actual resort guests only. Seems easy enough fix. Plus I’m really tired of lots of the big name vloggers. Used to be good advice but now seems so fake.

How are they starting to do this besides the pool situation?

Do people really watch YouTube videos of these people doing this to make it profitable? It seems kind of boring plus it’s a bit of a hike for them to get to the resorts and I bet they already have an annual pass

Isn’t the whole point of Disney to be a welcoming place to all?
As I said previously the new poly lounges are not accessible to the general public.

I’m not sure what you mean by a welcoming place to all. Are you asking if Disney is public property? No, it’s a private company.

The difference is the poly lounges were never open to the public, heck they aren’t even open to the people at the poly not staying in the tower. This isn’t necessarily a change but more akin to club level rooms.

Disney is private property of course, just that Disney wants to welcome all guests to visit and spend time on property and the different resorts. Not just the ones staying there.

Did you ever go up to a cast member and ask for help finding some chairs? We also are not sure if it was not people staying there. The value resort pools get absolutely packed too at times, so people try to sneak into those also?

It is 100% new. They could have set up the poly tower like they did the riviera towers, but they chose private access this time.

I hate to say it but I am getting the idea that you are trolling.

I mean you are the one suggesting that Disney needs to come down hard on a whole list of resort amenities besides just the pool, then when asked you kind of dodge it. Making broad and highly consequential statements like that is kind of trolling. The riveria has no private space like the poly nor would the private space be as desirable as the poly ones which are only desirable during fireworks really.
