Using passes at WDW and DL ??

I have looked for a thread I remember seeing quite a while back and can not find it... SOOOOOO I am asking again

Can a WDW Ticket/Pass of any type be used in DL ??
We are probably becomming Annual Passholders in the fall. Could those tickets or ANY ticket be valid for Disney Land?? I thought someone said WDW passes were good at DL but not the other way around.

I believe neither is transferrable to the other, including AP's.

There should be a universal pass available that would get you into any Disney-owned park in the world...just mho.

they say you can take a day off of a WDW ticket and exchange it for a 1 day DLR park hopper at the turnstile. APs aren't interchangeable at all.

I read this same info on the Disneyland boards...you can use a WDW ticket in DL but not an AP..I'm hoping this is true because I purchased a 10 day ticket for my 3 day trip coming up and can hopefully use a couple days next summer when we go to DL.

You can use a WDW ticket at DL. We just used 2 days on our 10 day tickets there. You need to give the ticket to the attendant at the turnstile and they will send it off with someone else. You then have to wait for them to come back with a 1 day DL admission ticket. You must do this each day and it prevents you from being the first one in the park (especially if you want to ride the Nemo subs). I would imagine it would have to be a non-expiring ticket otherwise your ticket would expire 14 days after you use it.
