I'm arriving at MCO late evening (11:00). Since my sister is coming in early the next morning, I am going to stay at the airport and meet her. Will I be able to take ME the morning after my flight? If she would get a flight at arrives even later than mine the first night, could we both take ME the next morning? Thanks for your help.

Yes, you can do that, no problem at all. Everyone is entitled to a ride from MCO to their resort on their day of check-in, and from their resort to MCO on their day of check-out. Whether or not they are actually flying in and out on those days is meaningless.

Your best bet is to contact DME directly (866-599-0951) about this rather than trying to explain it to a CM at the Disney Reservations Center. It's possible that the DME won't be able to help you until you reach 60 days before your trip ... at least in the recent past, DME CMs had reported to me that their computer system didn't have access to reservations until that point in time.

My suggestion is give ME your sister's flight info for your own. I had my BIL do this last summer when they were meeting up with another BIL the next AM. No problem at all.
