using ME and diff arrivals

My daughters have move with their new jobs and may be flying into MCO at diff. times as me. We'll be staying @ BCV and would want to use ME. do we need to wait at MCO till we're all together to use ME or will they take us to BCV as we arrive.
also one daughter may drive directly to BCV would she be able to check in or would I need to be present if I did online ck in?

As long as DME has the flight information and you included them in the reservation, it shouldn't be a problem. Even if your daughters do not have the vouchers, I understand they can go to the DME counter and they should find the reservation with their names. If you are using luggage transfer they can just put the tags on and DME will pick them up and transfer them to BCV (if they don't have / are unable to get the tags or arrive after 10:00pm, they'll have to pick up their luggage, of course). You can call DME and put their flight info. It shouldn't be a problem. You don't have to wait for them.

As for check-in, I believe the person with his/her name on the reservation should be the one checking in at the counter, but I'm not 100% with online check-in (since it's mostly picking up your info packet), or for check-in at a DVC resort.

You can all absolutely all take ME at different times. I would make sure everyone has a copy of your resort confirmation number with them when they get to MCO, that way if you don't get separate ME tickets they can help them at the counter.

I would call ME and give them the 3 separate flight times and names to go with each. They should be able to mail out separate tags and tickets, at least they did for me 5 years ago when I was away at college and joining my parents on vacation.
