Using ME after late changes to reservation

Originally booked 3 people at resort A and have received luggage tags,etc.

Just added two people and changed to resort B. Trip is only two weeks out, so I doubt we will receive ME vouchers and luggage tags for new reservation. I had planned to use luggage tags sent, just marking out name of old resort and writing in new, as there are enough for all of us. Then I would use the reservation confirmation I printed from website, listing all of our names and ME information on it (indicating that all five of us have reservations) at the airport to board ME bus.

Any reason why this would not work?

Will work almost perfectly.

But do call and at least get an oral confirmation of your change.

Do not mark over the bar code on the baggage tags.

Call Magical Express? The reservation online (which I can and have printed) shows our current reservation information, along with names, arrival date/time and flight #.
