Using Magical Express with different arrival times

I've looked all over the board and can't find the answer to this question.

There are three of us sharing a room this fall and we'd like to use ME. However, one member of our party is arriving at a different time on a different flight. How does that work with ME? The site only asks for information on one flight.

Has anyone ever dealt with this? Any info will be appreciated.

Call WDW directly 407 WDISNEY. they can note the ressie. It will not be a problem. Have a great trip.

As long as his/her name is on a WDW reservation, he/she is entitled to use DME whenever he/she arrives at MCO.

Definitely book it over the phone. Then call back and make sure its right. I've done this before and thought all was good. I had called back for something weeks later and found that they had us all on one flight. The CM explained that it takes some additional steps and a sprinkling of pixie dust to get it right.

My strong advice is to handle this through DME directly, using their direct phone number: 866-599-0951. Any time there is some complexity involved, you're much safer to talk to a DME cast member rather than a reservations cast member at 407-W-DISNEY.

But there's a small catch ...

You have to wait to do this until you're 60 days from your trip. DME reservations are a function of resort reservations. But the DME computer doesn't have access to resort reservations past the 60 day mark.

So my advice is wait until you're just inside 60 days, then call DME directly and they'll take care of you.

And just to make sure you know ... everyone named on the reservation is entitled to ALL DME services ... there's no requirement that everyone arrive and leave at the same time.
