So, my understanding was that I could use one gift card per transaction. No problem, just consolidate the cards at the disneygiftcard website first, right? Now, I'm trying to checkout and can't find a place to enter a gift card. Is there a trick to this?

Thanks

Edited to add: this is for APs.

Odd. You should right on the payment screen have gift card option, credit card or rewards.
I know, right? I went through and acted as if I was buying ticket s nstead and there was the gift card option. I tried putting in my gift card and then backing out (while still logged in) and attempted to purchase an AP. It still didn't work.

Luckily, prices didn't increase overnight (I was so scared they would). So, I'm going to try to call today and see if I can do it over the phone.

Did you buy Disney Store cards? I don't believe those will work. Online at least, maybe in the store they will work.

I do buy "Disney Entertainment Cards" from Target and those work in the parks/for tickets.

I had the same problem when I tried to renew our APs. There is no way to use a gift card on the website. I had to call, and then they were able to do it for me. I think he said I could use up to 4 gift cards for the transaction over the phone.

I called and they were able to do it. The rep seemed surprised that there wasn't a place to use the cards online, but she couldn't find it either. I believe she told me 3 cards per transaction, so YMMV there. I did two transactions (three and two), because I had my cards in $600 increments already.

I was able to do it this last weekend. I had Visa points and a gift card and it took both.

Tried to buy AP's in Dec of 2014 and this was also the case. CM was also surprised no option for gift cards. I wonder why they have not fixed it.
