Using early registration to register someone else?

Good morning! I am running the W&D Half with a friend. I am a DVC member and AP holder but she is neither. Will I be able to register us together during the early registration period? Or will she just have to wait until Mar 4 to do it herself?

I have only ever signed up for the Everest 5k team event and we didn't utilize early signup.

I registered my DD for the Minnie 10k via early registration. I would think you can register someone else. You will have to pay for it (and she can re-pay you).
