Using DVC Points for cruise...

I am using DVC points for a cruise in September. What I am trying to find out is if the tips are included in the point value. I am thinking not but just wanting to make sure.
 
The only cruise that includes tips is the annual DVC Member Cruise which is September 21, 2008. Other than that, tips are not included.
