Using Disney Rewards Card

Hi,
I just booked my reservation for Princess Storybook Dining and was told I could not use my Diney Rewards card that I have through my Disney Visa. The CM stated that I could use it at the restaurant though. Has anyone else experienced this? Do they reverse the charge on my Visa and use the rewards card then?

It sounds like they just need a valid credit card to hold the reservation. There wouldn't be a charge on it unless you failed to show. Since the Disney Rewards card is more like a gift card, that could be why the system couldn't take it to hold the reservation.

Oh, Okay. . .I thought they were actually going to charge my credit card now.
