Using Disney Gift Cards to pay charges

When I add tickets or a Dining Plan onto my DVC reservation, can I pay those charges with Disney Gift Cards? My adult children who are contributing would like to use the gift cards.

I don't believe there is any way to add tickets to a DVC reservation. You buy them through the usual ticket system on MDE just like everyone else, and you can pay with gift cards on MDE. Or you can buy tickets from a third party seller, but they likely will not take Disney gift cards.

For DDP, I think you can use gift cards, but you have to do it over the phone. I'm not sure if the recent system overall changed anything.

Is Disney's website that you can combine gift cards up to a total of $1000/each and have 5 cards in your account. I use it to buy tickets and dining plan, along with bringing in on trips to pay for incidentals during a vacation stay.

For the dining plan you will probably have to call up to use a gift card.
