Using Disney GC at the World

I have some questions about specific expenses we'll be incurring on our trip next month, and wanted to ask if they can be paid for with Disney GC's. We get them at Target with the 5% discount, so we want to use them as much as possible.

- Theme Park Parking at the booth;

As noted in my signature below, we are staying on and off property at four different hotels. Ultimately, we will have two park days while off property, and will need to pay for parking.

- Resort Fee and Parking Fee at Dolphin

- Food Booths at the F & W Festival

You can pay for parking at the booth with them and food booths.

Dolphin isn't owned by Disney so I am assuming you wont be able to pay for the resort and parking fee there. But, I'm hoping I'm wrong about that one because we will be there and the Swan for 2 nights on our trip and I hadn't even considered they might take the gift cards since they are a SPG property!

The dining plan isn't accepted at their restaurants, so I'm pretty sure they can't take the gift cards for anything there.

Yes to the food and wine booths. Not sure about Disney parking but probably yes.
No I don't think you can use the gift cards at the Dolphin -- they are owned by Marriott not Disney.

Parking at any of Disney's Theme Parks: Yes
Dolphin Resort Fees and Parking: No
F&W Booth's in Epcot: Yes

I get free parking (AP), so I can't say for the parking fees. I did read somewhere in an article about throwaway rooms that you get free parking on check-in and check-out day, but I can't confirm that.

The Swan and Dolphin are technically not owned by Disney, so I don't think so.

Food & Wine absolutely accepts Disney GCs. I used one there several times when Google Wallet didn't work which was about half the time. Strangely, Android Pay has Walt Disney World listed as accepting them yet they don't, but I digress.

BTW, the reason I am only asking about the Resort and Parking Fees for Dolphin is because the room is paid for with Starwood Points! The Resort and Parking Fees must be paid on top of the that.

Yep. When I stayed at the Swan, it came out to around $60 between Resort Fee and Valet Parking ($50 had I self-parked).

Just came back and if you were on property you could park at any of the parks for free. If those are your check-in/our days, you might save money as the poster above listed. And you prob know Disney transportation runs to Swan and Dolphin not sure what other agreements they might have.

Finally, you could check Raise or other discount places for Marriott gift cards to help with the offsite costs. Good Luck!!
