Using Disney E-gift card at Epcot Flower and Garden Festival?

Recieved an online Disney Gift card that can be used with a code at WDW. Can I use it at the booths at Epcot Flower and Garden Festival? (staying off site).

If it has a barcode, it can be used just like a regular gift card anywhere that they're accepted.
