Hi, sorry if this has been posted but the Search link is not working.

I know that the DEE will cover up to 10 guests but can anyone tell me if you can use two DDE cards for one reservation for a party of 12, or would you need to book two separate reservations? We will be using our DDE's for our wedding dinner and both of us have the DDE.

Thanks

Alex

If it is two "separate" DDE cards this can be done. Note, however, that a spouse card has the same membership number as the primary and so cannot be used at the same meal. Just tell the sever how you want to split out the check and have one of the DDE cards applied to each part. Note that the DDE card holder does not have to be the one paying for the meal, only has to be present.

Thank you so much for the information. I'm wondering if we can get the DDE separately at $60 each rather than the additional one at $25 - is that possible? I'm presuming that the DDE (and spouse) is linked to the AP. It may seem like a strange thing to consider but even this option would save us a lot of money at the wedding lunch and dinner.

If that's not possible, any idea if we could apply the DDE to 10 guests but pay the full amount for the remaining?

Thanks again for your help.

I would figure on the ten and two, but discuss it with the server at the start. I have heard of them sometimes allowing larger parties to all get the discount, but don't count on it, just be pleasantly surprised if it happens.

Also make sure all alcoholic beverages are on the check with the discount. I have gone to a restaurant where some of the people at the table have been on DDP (which does not include alcoholic beverages) and I had everyone else's meals and all the DDP people's alcoholic beverages put on my check, used the DDE and then settled with each perosn individually.

You could get the two lightest eaters to be on one check.

I'm sure that you can if the purchaser is eligible for DDE in their own right. (That they are an AP holder or florida resident).
