Using Chase Disney Debit discount

I will be visiting for my b'day at the end of July with my 20 y.o. and his GF. I have the Disney debit (not credit) card from Chase and was looking at my benefits just now and discovered a couple of dining perks.
I have made reservations for Afternoon Tea at Steakhouse 55, and also reserved the F! Dining Package at RBT (not the 8PM reserved seating.) Anybody know if I will be able to use the discount (I think 10% or 15% off) with these?

Should work at S55, not sure about the other one.

Should also work at RBT. I know I have seen a list at some point on where it works. I will see if I can find it.
