Using banked points.

In looking at resale contracts, if they have points banked from 2010 and say they have to be used by "August", do I have to book them by said date or used by said date? Thx!

With an August Use Year, the points banked from the 2010 use Year must be used by July 31, 2012 (checkout date of August 1).
