Using Banked points

A newbie quesiton here. If you bank points, say from 2007 use year to the 2008 use year, and then make a reservation later using those banked points, do they show up as 2008 or 2007 points on the DVC member site? I have my reservation made, but given a couple of these other threads on them using the wrong points, I want to make sure I have it set up correctly.

Usually, when you make a reservation in the use year that has banked points in it, they will use the banked points first. When I made my reservation yesterday, the MS castmember stated that she would be using the banked points first and then varified how many points would be left in my 2008 use year (which hasn't started yet). If she would not have made that statement, I would have asked if she was using the banked points first just to make sure. Also, I saw the points change on the website as I was on the phone with MS.

They show in 2008. I banked about 100 points from 2007 to 2008 (April) and my 2007 account total is 0.
