Using Amazon Prime to deliver to resort?

Hi all. I'm new to the grocery delivery. I planned to use prime now. How do I know when my package has arrived? I would rather a grab it then deal with the middle man of bell services.

The last two times we stayed at AKL, we had delivery from Amazon Prime Now. You schedule the time you want the delivery and you can track them on a map, so you know when they're about to arrive. I suppose you could go to the entrance to meet them, but I've always just let bell services bring me the stuff. Also, you can order a couple of days in advance. No need to wait until the day of.
