Using AAA card for discount at shops

Arrived in Orlando to discover the AAA card I brought w/ me is old- I have a current membership, but brought an outdated card by mistake. If I want to take advantage of my membership discount at shops, will there be a way for me to show I have a current membership? For example, can they look me up in some way? Thanks!

You can go on the AAA website and sign in to your account. There will be an option to email you a temp card. Maybe you can print it out and bring it with you. Good Luck!

Hmmm...good idea. Unfortunately, away from home, no access to AAA login info, or a printer. Thanks for the suggestion, though

Do they actually look at the card that closely...DH was using his a year after it expired for AAA calls...lol we had a current membership he just never changed the card out of his wallet.

try going to the Concierge desk at your resort they may be able to help you with printing it out.

I used my AAA card there this year and it was a out dated card due to my new one came in after our trip but when I used it they never questioned me about it but did tell some places my memebership was up to date but had not recieved my new one yet and still got the discounts.

show the card, i'm sure the TM will be understanding if they notice the date is expired and you explain.

i did that once.

showed the expired card instead of the newest card.

both ap/preferred and aaa allow a 10% discount on food and merch in the parks and some of city walk.

the ap is valid for the discount at Islands Dining Room at rph and the aaa is not.

You can ask your hotel for their fax # and call AAA and ask to send A copy to you, Or go to the nearest one in Orlando. Hope this helps.

P.S. I asked AAA to fax a copy of mine to the hotel. Had it within 15 mins.
