Using 2018 points-what MS told me

I tried to call MS today to make a reservation for November 2018-my UY is August. MS told me I only had 75 points available to use, which is what's in my 2017 UY. "I thought I could use my 2018 points." "Oh, no-that's because of the number of days in the month-there are 31 days in December." What?! She also told me that there were no buildings with elevators at OKW, when I asked for an elevator building on an upcoming reservation there. It was only because I wanted to add room requests that I called. If not, the online reservation tool would have let me make the reservation. Lesson learned!

And I just checked the confirmation I received-even though I'd listed both DH and myself(she even confirmed-"two guests?"), I guess she forgot-she listed me as the only guest.

Yikes! Someone needs some training. Next time make the reservation, then email MS with the info on the names of the guests.

Wow, she got booking window confused with UY, which is a critical piece of knowledge, not to mention the misinformation re OKW elevators and not listing your husband as a guest. She must be very new and/or poorly trained.

You might consider sending an email to DVCMemberSatisfactionTeam@DisneyVacationClub.com and let them know. She needs to be properly educated!
