USF was DEAD today

I went to both USF and IOA on Sunday and both were unbelievably unpopulated. Spiderman, at 4:00pm, had a regular line wait of 5 minutes.

I'm glad I lucked out, but I hope business gets dramatically better beginning next week (which it should) when their Holiday stuff begins.

Well I was at USF all day on Sunday and although it was empty...no lines whatsoever at most attractions the first 4 hours or so, it did pick up dramatically as the day progessesed and ended up with a 30 minute wait at Mummy...even at closing, other attractions had about a 10 minute wait. Great day to go, had a wonderful time.

Will the crowds pick up that much when the holiday stuff starts?

We just got back home after spending the weekend at US/IOA. Saturday at US, the Mummy line did get have an hour wait at one time, but not with FOTL hotel key!!! Talk about feeling spoiled....that's the way to go.

Yeah, I was there on Sunday, and it was pretty empty...a nice change for us regulars. I heard about Saturday being pretty dead as well. I'm sure once Grinchmas starts up, so will park attendance. And believe me...Universal makes up for these "slow days" right after Christmas...it's insane!!! I went once the week after Christmas, and couldn't walk a few yards without dodging like twenty people. Swore I'd never do it again, but...changed my mind...can't go without Universal for too long...

Of coarse it will pick up.
South Florida schools are out December 23rd to Jan 9th.
Osceola (Orlando) is out December 21st to Jan 2nd.
The locals will be out in force. What else are they gonna do for two weeks?
