I'm not sure if you can get your name "changed". You may have to just re-register with a new name. Then, just let us know who you are! :goodvibes

You could try asking over on the Tech board though. I could be wrong...

I would say your best bet would be to ask Rhonda. Mr .:goofy:

Rhonda is right , once you have a name it's yours unless you re-register under another name.

Whenever I first came on this board, I had already lurked for a year and just came on to ask a quick question, I didn't know that I should have put more thought into my name, now I wish I had done something cool...hehe

Im pretty sure you arent able to keep your post count (some people have expired warnings that remain attatched to their names for being obnoxious DISers, "That's going on your PERMANENT RECORD, mister":rolleyes1 )

As an Admin and Moderator on a couple of other boards I know the admin would have the ability to make changes like that. But, with a board the size of the Dis they may not want to do those kind of things just because of the sheer volume of folks who would want to do it.

Yeah, I have had to do it for some of the typing challenged dis'rs on my board, you know who you are. LOL It is really easy to do, BUT, I only have about 36 of you guys registered (why haven't the rest come over yet?) But that being said, there would be no way for the admins on this place to keep up with 170,000 people, wow that would be a full time job just in its self.

Just do what I did, I used to be ejmbibb, but wanted my name to match my new website. SO I just lost my post count, and put the old name in the tag line "the dis'r formerly known as Ejmbibb".

Ejmbibb doesn't make any sense anyway! How in the world would you pronounce that?? :lmao:

E J M say each letter, Bibb, like the thing kids wear when they eat. E = Erica DW J= me john M = matt ds.... not very creative but it worked for a while

I never thought about people trying to pronounce it like it was a work... edge-m-bibb, doesn't sound very good.

RvUsa Ravoosah....nah that don't work either. lol:lmao:
