Used ticket on MDE

Is there a way I can delete used tickets from MDE?

Likely best to just leave everything alone.

Those "ghost tickets" are known glitches and most will disappear eventually.

Call them what you will but some are over 2 years old and they're in the way because I have to swipe through them before seeing my current tickets.
