Our neighbor is interested in buying our 24 ft above ground swimming pool. This is just ducky with us. We haven't used it and were planning to take it down this year anyhow. he drained it and and got a good look at it today. We knew it needed a new pump, looks like it also needs a new sand filter or its gotta be filled with sand
To be honest since he's willing to do all the work to take it down, I'm willing to give it to him for free. But he wants to pay us. So what is a fair price to charge him?
The pool itself is about 7-8yrs old. Old owners bought it, put it up and then decided to sell the house. Go figure that 1. Liner is still good, just needs cleaning. He also has to buy a pool cover. We bought 1 last year but the winter destroyed it. So much for a 10yr pool cover
I am looking around online, but not finding anything close so far.
TIA
