we travel mainly in May/June. What would be a good use year for us ?

Those would work great for your travel.

DVC members want to try to travel in the first 8 months of a UY since it allows points to still be banked if you have to cancel a trip more than 30 days in advance (if you cancel with less than that, the points go into a "holding" account which has it's own rules and restrictions).

With a Feb UY, you would have to until the end of September to bank points, with April UY, you would have until the end of November.

I have an April UY because we go in May most years.
