We will be finally sorting our DVC membership out - We holiday in sept/oct each year - which is the best use date for us?

An August or September UY, then if you need to cancel for any reason, you have almost a year to use your points.

For example, I have an April UY and a couple of years ago I was in WDW in March, and a family death meant we had to cut our trip short. Because the points were put into holding and expired at the end of March we lost them.

This year, I should have been in WDW late April early May and my friend had an accident so we had to cancel at the last minute. Again the points are in a holding account but I have until the end of March 2007 to use them.

There is no July UY ....... and the only escaping I'll be doing is from the south eventually
