Use of DISigns in a Shutterfly Photobook

Has anyone successfully included any of these DISigns in a Shutterfly book? Since its just for your own use are there any copyright problems. Suggestions?

Shutterfly charges for the photobooks of course so they would be making a profit and therefore in violation of copyrights if any of the DISigns use Disney characters or images.

That being said, I did do a Shutterfly autograph book last year, using a combination of disigns from this board and pictures of my children from previous years.

It was an incredibly beautiful product, and we got a lot of joy from it.

Does Shutterfly have Disney designs?? I have made many photobooks and one had my Disney pictures..I am not selling the book, it's for my personal use and enjoyment..
