I am a preferred flyer with USAirways and find their front line people to be the best. Phila is sometimes a different story. I go out of my way to fly USAirways because of their customer service.

Philadelphia service has been a problem for awhile. It seems to be fine elsewhere - Orlando, Dallas, Savannah, etc. We are taking SWA for our trip next month.
