i have very few flights under my belt and i noticed that USA3000 has some cheap flights. from philly to orlando.

anyone fly with them before/often. If they don't have a good reputation or track record i will shop elsewhere.

Do a search there was a thread not too long ago. I was supposed to be flying on them tomorrow but cancelled and went with Jet Blue. On the flight down they changed the flight to 3 hours later no notification. Return flight was supposed to be direct then they added an hour layover still no notification yet they send me emails about once a week with different deals.

I flew with them last summer, to Ft. Myers, and didn't have any problems.

I will be flying with them, to Orlando, over Easter break...couldn't beat their price!

I have a couple different friends, who have houses in Florida, who fly with USA3000 all the time and they never had any complaints or problems.

They are ok I have heard. Only problem is they are a charter airline. Which means they are not under the certain restrictions airlines like delta, united, american are. That means they arent requiered or responsible to get you to your destination on really the same day. They delay flights days, change all kinds of things without having to compensate. When my cousin tried to get them to compensate they wouldn't help at all.

CarolA pretty much summed it up in a single sentence, in one of the USA3000 threads referenced at the bottom of the page (in the "Similar Threads" section -- very interesting what is provided there...)

As I indicated I have stayed away from Charters. The savings aren't worth the trade off to me.

thanks all - didn't realize they were charter and that charters live by different rules. when traveling with a baby, i can't deal with the uncertainty - even if the savings is great.

thanks for the info.
