US suggestions for 2.5 yr old boy

Hi! I am looking for recommendations for rides, attractions or shows for my DS2 at both Universal Studios or Islands of Adenture parks. TIA!

At the Studios he would enjoy Animal Actors show, Woody Woodpecker's KidZone which includes a Barney show, Fievel and Curious George (water playground) play areas as well as E.T and Woody Woodpecker's Nuthouse Coaster (must be at least 36" tall. At IOA, he would have fun at Suess Landing, Jurassic Park Discovery Center, Camp Jurassic, Me Ship The Olive and the Pteranodon Flyers (he must be at least 36" tall). He'll have lots of fun for hours!

We are staying at Disney resort and we have not decided yet if he and DH will stay at the resort while me and his godmother will go see HP at IoA.

Thanks. I was trying to remember a "water playground" area at Universal. For some reason I was thinking it was at IOA not US. I remember my 7 year old now 13 loved this area. I know my youngest son will love this.
