US/IOA TS restaurant hours with early closings

We will be vacationing 3/16-3/20, staying at RPR. I am trying to guess what the operating hours for the TS restaurants in the theme parks will be.

It looks like the park hours are 9a-7p. I know that usually with the reduced hours the TS restaurants are only open for lunch, but are they extended lunch hours? Say 11a-3p?

I know I could call a few days ahead of time directly to the restaurants and ask, but I was hoping someone has recent experience and could answer.

Also with the closure of some attractions during "slower times" just recently announced, I wonder if there are any "rumors" out there about closures of TS/CS to off set cost as well. I know that some CS, like Thunder Falls does operate seasonally. Anything else?

I haven't heard anything about closures of any TS or CS but I know the park restaurants close 30 mins before the park does.

KY07- Thanks . That was the info I was trying to find w/o calling the parks yet.

I know that ADRs aren't as needed at US/IOA like WDW but I still like to have a tentative dining plan. So many great places to eat, you have to have a plan .

I agree that you have to do some planning but the good thing about Universal is you can do alot more relaxing and don't have to over plan cause you can make ressies for restuarants the day you want to go either by the hotel you stay at if your staying onsite or a kiosk at citywalk

Thunder Falls Terrace has been open everytime I've been as of late. I'm hoping they won't be seasonal any longer. The food is just too good.

Thats good to hear! I agree, its a great CS place. I love the food and the themeing of the dining area. It never feels busy or rushed in there either.

I'm not sure if it was a seasonal situation or the day of the week, but twice we have notice the restaurant closed. Another time it was for a special event.

I'm also determined to stop and get a drink at "the watering hole" in the Jurrassic section. Everytime we pass by that bar I make plans to come back later but never do. So this is the trip I'm doing it.

Any suggestions on which FAB (frozen adult beverage) to try?
