US Car insurance

Hello all, driving in the US for the first time in June.
My car hire claims to be all inclusive and seems to be a good deal, I have:
Unlimited mileage, LDW, SLI,UMP, tank of petrol, Customer facility charge and my HSF. Taxes are also included.

However I seem to remember a collision damage waiver when a partner of mine drove before, has this morphed into one of the tla's above, or is this something I will be required to pay for also.
