Us car hire

I hope someone can help,
A couple of months ago I booked a car with this website for collection at Orlando international, the problem was (and my own stupidity) I booked it on a friends laptop at their house as we are all travelling together and got together to book our cars.
I stupidly didn't make a note of the reservation number as I knew I'd get a confirmation email (as stated on their site) my friends got their confirmations but mind never came! I paid £25 deposit .., and waited a week or two then emailed them as I cannot find a phone number, got no reply, emailed again, no reply, emailed once more yesterday and STILL nothing.
I have no idea if they have my booking..., if I have a car booked for oct.., the prices have since gone up and no doubt will continue to do so, their customer service doesn't seem reliable at all !!

I have no idea what to do next?

If the deposit was charged to your credit card, there should be a phone number next to the listing for the charge on the credit card statement that you can call.
