US blue disabled placard good enough?

My best friend and I will be in Paris from the US to see Rammstein. We'd like to spend one day at DLP. It is a last minute trip (We leave in less than 24 hours) so I don't have time to get a letter from my doctor regarding my MS. Would my blue, no expiry disabled parking pass for the US work as proof of disability?

I will be on crutches and have great pain standing, so we'll be trying to rent a wheelchair.
