We used ME in Jan. and I've been trying to get US Bank to pay me the $25 for our flight out of Orlando ever since. They paid for the flight in on Delta because we paid our bag fee with their card at the airport so it showed as AA purchase. Because airportbags.com takes in the payment for baggage by phone the night before you leave Disney, it shows up on the charge card bill as airporbags.com purchase. Obviously the airline is paid the money as they charge for the bags. You are supposed to get reimbursed on your charge card for $25 per tickets purchased with miles. I am annoyed. I have been fighting with them for 3 months now. Anyone else have a problem with this when using ME?

We went through a similar situation with Jet Blue. When we checked in at the BWV for our flight they could not pull up two of the eight people in the party as a result we had to pay $30 for one bag. The rep told us to show our receipt at the airport and we would be reimbursed. Long story short we were given a very hard time at MCO by JB personnel....they copied our receipt and to basically shut us up said we'd be credited. Several weeks later I contacted JB, told them that we hadn't be credited and I would be contacting AMEX to file a complaint....50 minutes later I got our $30.00 back.
Bottom line don't pay any fees to the out sourced travel agencies at WDW.

I have a Gold AMEX that gives me 1 free bag per person with Delta and I had no problem with the resort check-in last October, I was not charged. I didn't call in advance since we were not using ME. I just told them at the resort check-in and they confirmed it on their computer.
