Urgent shopping request

Saw a small glass ball with a 3D Castle etched inside in one of the shops in DLP, stupidly didn't buy it at the time and really want to buy one for a Chrissie pressie. I know that I can get them to send it to me, but I have already emailled them and received no reply, and doubt that they will be able to get it to me in time for Christmas now anyway. Has anyone any idea where I could buy one online or in a major store. It doesn't have to be identical.

Hi, as per Elaine's post here you'll often have to wait a while for a reply.

Perhaps a PM to someone who is travelling soon (from the when are you going thread) may give you another option to get this item

Thanks for the advice Cyrano - but I'm having to come to terms with the fact that I'm not going to get it.

Have PM'd mixednuts - I agree Cyrano, it is a really big hearted gesture which is much appreciated (a big sprinkling of pixie (elf?) dust to mixednuts for being so full of Christmas generosity).

However, as I explained in PM, it was supposed to be a christmas gift for my 10 year old niece, so I really have to have it for Christmas Day. You can get away with deferring presents for adults, but children are a completely different animal.

So, now I have another reason to pay another visit really soon - to stock up on chrissie pressies for next year.
