I really am hoping everything is ok and if she is suicidal that she seeks help right away.

I certainly hope she isn't playing with the good people here. She bumped up her own thread after two months to say Thanks to somebody and then bumped it up again a few days later to say out of the blue nothing is rosy today.

I really, really hope she takes the good advice of the people here and seeks immediate help and support.

I just read her other thread. I sure hope she checks in and lets everyone know she is ok. She sounds very overwhelmed right now.

Years back a woman posted on a message board over eBay that she wanted to end it all. The regulars there became extremely upset and when the poster couldn't be reached and didn't return to say she was okay, they panicked and took matters into their own hands. Turned out that they got the police involved and requested they do a "well check" on the poster.

The depressed poster was very angry but didn't stop to think how desperate she came across and how frightening it was for her online friends. A lesson was learned that day. Be very careful how you come across to others *online* when you're feeling depressed and stressed. They can't see your facial expressions or hear the tone of your voice. Neither can they pick up a phone and call to ensure your safety. It can result in unfortunate circumstances.
