Urgent - November Event - Pls Read

We just got off the phone with Disney Cruise
Line. Seems they had a "bug" in the system
when printing out documents for guests going
on the November Pin Cruise..................

****URGENT**** Once you receive your
documents, please go to every page in the
booklet and make sure your name, address
and all important information is correct!!!
It must match the manifest when boarding.

Please contact whatever agent you have
booked with if there is ANY problem with
your documents. They are cruise only and
you can travel with them as they are, BUT
the agent will make sure the information is
correct with the cruise line so you will not
have a problem at check in time.

Also, try to have all your paperwork filled
out before boarding, it will make the process
much faster for one and all.

WE got our documents my address is on my friends document book and her address is on mine... the travel agent said that does not matter. I hope she is right.

We have also been told by DCL that
it is not a problem. BUT, I for one
would have your agent call DCL and
correct the address, if anything, it
will read correctly for the manifest.

We have gone over each one with
DCL to make the corrections from
their computer.

Make sure to have your correct
documentation with you. Original
birth certificate & drivers license.
If you are married you should bring
a copy of your marriage license to
show your birth name changing to
your married name. Or a valid
U.S. passport & drivers license.

If you are not a U.S. citizen. You
must check with your consulate &
immigrations to make sure you have
to correct papers to travel. Also
you can confirm what you might
need with DCL 800-511-1333.

thanks Dana we did call the Travel Agent (Janis) and she said there would be no problem....My friend booked our deposits on her card so TA said since everything was mailed to her that is why we had the error but that we will have no problems. We will both take all our documents to prove who where are and our correct address I dont thinnk we can do anything else.
